- Please keep noise levels down, especially when you enterleave the house. The neighbours areon their holiday and might have small children or need to get up to go to work early.
- We guarantee a clean house when checking in. When checking out, please leave the house closely to the same state as it was provided to you, in order to avoid double cleaning charges.
- No music and or noise after 21:00.
- Any damages created during your stay need to be reported immediately.
- Open fire (candles, fire pit etc.) in and around the house isallowed.
B.
- Pets areallowed.
- No parties.
- Smoking andor using drugs (cannabis & marijuana are also considered drugs) in and around the house andor complex is strictly prohibited.
- No additional guests are permitted to stay at the apartment without prior approval (also during the day).
All rules mentioned under A will result in an additional charge of €100 per broken rule.
All rules mentioned under B will result in an additional charge of €250 per broken rule.
Additionally the costs of any damages caused by breaking the rules will be charged as well. Lost keys (and those you accidentally take with you once you’ve gone home) will be replaced and €100 will be charged.

- Dodump garbagewaste but use the several recycling stations.
